What to put in the message
For a glasses enquiry: the delivery postcode and the frame you want, matte black or crystal clear. Both frames are the same size, 138 mm across the front, and both use plano lenses — they do not correct vision and cannot be made to a prescription, so if you already wear glasses these will not replace them.
For a correction to an index entry, quote the sentence. Entries are re-checked against the live store listing before anything is changed, and if the store has moved since publication the entry gets a new date rather than a silent edit.
Things worth knowing before you ask
We cannot test a game on request, benchmark a phone, or supply measurement data — this site records observations by hand and says so on every page that carries a number. We do not accept sponsored entries, paid links or pre-release access in exchange for coverage, and requests of that kind are declined without a long explanation. Account problems, refunds and purchase disputes are matters for Google, Apple or the publisher, who are the only ones able to look at your account.
