An agreement between you and Ethan Hemsworth, who publishes this site as a private individual in Brisbane, Queensland. Continued use of the site means acceptance.

1. Content is supplied as is

Index entries, articles and tables record observations made at a stated time on ordinary consumer hardware. They are not measurements, certifications or guarantees. Games are patched constantly and store listings change; nothing here promises that a title still behaves as described.

2. Intellectual property

Text, layout, styling and code written for this site belong to Ethan Hemsworth. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Wholesale republication, or duplicating this site's structure and copy on another domain, is not permitted.

Game names, icons, characters and screenshots are the property of their publishers and are reproduced for review purposes. See the Legal Notice.

3. External links

Every download link on this site points to an official Google Play or App Store listing. Those platforms control their own content, pricing and terms; taxes and fees are shown at the next step there. No links to modified builds, mirrors or third-party installers appear here, and using such sources is discouraged.

4. Ordering the glasses

The form submits an enquiry, not an order. No contract arises from sending it. A reply follows with the total, postage and payment instructions, and an agreement exists only when you accept and pay. No payments are processed on this website.

The glasses are a private sale by an individual. They are not a medical device, carry no health claim, and do not correct vision. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies the guarantees, rights or remedies it gives you.

5. Acceptable use

No bulk or abusive messages through the form, no unlawful content, no automated scraping of the site.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss or damage arising from use of this site or from any application installed after reading it. Dealings with publishers, Google and Apple are yours alone.
