Privacy Policy

Kryptoblipox Mobile Index is run by one person and handles very little personal information. This page lists all of it. The policy is written against the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Who holds your information

2. What is collected

Only what the enquiry form carries: your name, email address, an optional phone number and a message field that normally holds a delivery address and a frame preference. No accounts, no mailing list, no analytics, no advertising network, no third-party scripts of any kind.

Separately, the hosting provider writes standard access logs containing IP addresses and request times. These are produced by the server, not by the page, and are used for security and diagnostics.

3. Why it is collected

To answer you, and where the message is an order, to quote postage, invoice by email and address a parcel. No other use. Nothing is sold, rented, traded or used to profile you.

4. Where the form is sent

Form submissions are forwarded to a private chat via the Telegram Bot API, operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. Your message is therefore transmitted to and stored on Telegram infrastructure outside Australia, subject to Telegram's own terms. Prefer not to use it? Email the address above directly and the form is never involved.

5. How long it is kept

Enquiries with no order attached are deleted within twelve months. Order correspondence is retained while delivery, returns or a consumer guarantee claim may still arise, then deleted.

6. Who else sees it

Telegram, as above, and the postal carrier when a parcel is addressed. Otherwise nobody, unless a law requires disclosure.

7. Access, correction, erasure

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what is held about you. Response within 30 days. Unresolved complaints can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, oaic.gov.au.

8. Security

HTTPS throughout, a hidden anti-spam field on the form, and no payment data anywhere — there is no checkout on this site and card numbers are never requested by email.

Revisions are published here with a new version date.
